I went to the store with a sore achilles and was quick to blame my On Cloud racers. Sandra Elliot the owner took the time to assess the injury and quickly discovered it was not the shoes but, a bad back that was causing my discomfort. She took the time to recommend specific stretches and therapy. I am happy to annouce that I am back running and feeling better because of her. This is my game changing moment. Thanks you for taking the time. Loyal customer for life.
Such friendly people. Best customer service for footwear I've ever received...really took time to find what shoe was for me. Great selection also. It is a must visit if you are in the military and want a shoe that will help you improve your run times.
