Zach took great care of me and my husband! We have both been wearing Brooks shoes, but after going through the fit analysis and actually trying on a few pairs, we have switched brands. I can’t wait to wear my new Hokas to work, and I know my husband is excited about his Mizunas. We’ll definitely be back for all our running shoe needs!

Great store with nice selection of sneakers and other athletic-related items. The staff is very personable and take time to make sure you are getting the best sneaker for your type of foot and needs.
Just got two great pairs of Saucony running shoes here! (Endorphin Shift and Speed) Zach helped me find the best fit for my arches and ensured I got the proper shoes to fit both my training plan and overall goals. The service was truly exceptional.

So I finally got to stop in the Richmond Hill Game Changers store today an boy are my Feet so happy!! Zach helped me out tremendously he got me flying high in my new Brooks with some toe socks. That foot machine that they have measure all kind of stuff about your feet. Zach explained it to me and helped me understand the old feet a little better and I really appreciate him taking the time out to explain everything to me. Thank you Zach and I will be back!!!
