The delivery guy was horrible, he refused to wear a mask in my home during Covid pandemic and had the worst attitude ever. The sofa has a defect and I am still waiting to hear from management. THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
Terrible customer service. I picked up a bed for my mother in law. I went to assemble it today and was about 90% done when I was missing a piece. So I called customer service and the lady said it was my fault. She actually said I should have put the bed together in the parking lot of there warehouse to make sure I had all the parts. I was told to bring the whole be back so now I have to take it all apart and drive 5 hr round trip for 1 piece. Worst customer service ,never recommend anyone to buy even though prices are low.Store manager is so much busy that she or he can't even come to the phone .Leaving messages after messages but no response yet. Delivery company they use Sinclair Logistics is another worst people they hired

I purchased my first item from them over a year ago and was very happy with the entire transaction. However, my recent visit was like I was in a totally different store. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted but decided to enquirer about financing before proceeding to get the items that I wanted. I had to cancel part of an order due to it not being available and delivery being pushed back 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund.

I have spoken with the customer and she has confirmed that she has received the refund. The refund was processed on 6/14/19 and takes 3-5 business days to reflect on the customers account.
