I purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Norcross location. This is the 2nd time that I have purchased furniture from them. They told me the delivery date(Sept 9th), and said I would get a text with a window of the time it would be delivered. they sent me a text with a time frame. Later that day...I get a text with a new time, which was later than I had already confirmed. When I called, and asked about it....they said that I was set up for the later time. My furniture was delivered 30 minutes BEFORE the initial time.The next... read more

I made a purchase for a king *** in April 2023 the amount was over $2000. I've spoke with My sales person numerous of times. They have the furniture and my total purchase amount. I ask to speak to store manager on several occasions and was told if I spoke to a manager they would transfer call back to customer service. **************** seems clueless when I call saying they can't find no records of my total purchase price. At this time I need a full refund.

Company will not help with defective furniture. I bought a bedroom set less than 2 yrs ago, unfortunately I wasn't aware that I didn't have a warranty, however as I was trying to speak with management in how to resolve the matter, everyone kept throwing in my face "Well you didn't purchase the extended warranty". And even went so far as to as it wouldn't help with this anyway. WOW so what would have been the point. That's neither here nor there. The real problem is their **************** tactics. The worst experience I have had.after spending my money!07/26/2022, after closing on my new home, I walked into the ******** location and spent $8400 on furniture for my new home. Most of the items that I selected were on backorder and the salesman stated they did not sell their showroom furniture. My delivery date was set for 08/23/2022. I BOUGHT A RECLINER SOFA IN MARCH....THE MOTOR WAS NOT WORKING ON ONE SIDE. A TECHNICIAN CAME OUT IN APRIL...NO RESPONSE. tHEY DON'T CALL YOU OR UPDATE YOU. I BOUGHT 3 COCKTAIL TABLES, PARTS WERE MISSING...HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM...I AN CONSTANTLY CALLING THEM ...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE.

After several weeks of searching for a sectional for our new home, we decided on one from Georgia Furniture Mart. After placing our order online we received a message from ******** a few days later(3/25/2022) letting us know our order was ready for pickup. The following day (3/26/2022) we rented a trailer to pick up our new sectional, after waiting several hours in the GA heat I respectfully made it clear to the distribution center staff how we have been waiting for far too long and have young children in the vehicle. I purchased replacement drawers over a year ago from GA furniture mart. When the order was placed I was advised the drawers would be available in about a month or two. It has been over a year now and I have not received my order. Ive called 50+ times to get statues on this order. Each time I was assured that they are coming from overseas but will be in soon. I was advised by GFM that they no longer accepted payments over the phone so, I drove to the store. I arrived and waited to be helped when the *** tells me that I haven't made a payment in an entire year. This was incorrect. They advise me that they switch POS providers recently and that they no longer have saved payment methods on file.
