I bought a bedroom set with insurance on July 24th 2021 amounting to $2230. The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect and was identified at the time of installation. I was told that the product will be replaced. Its Nov 4, 2021 After multiple phone calls and follow up the product has still not being replaced, the replacements are either out of stock or the technicians are unable to fix it. STAY FAR AWAY from this business. I purchased an entire bedroom set a few months ago and decided to go back to buy more furniture. I put down a deposit of $90 and due to other circumstances had to cancel my order and get a refund. I went on 10/16 to get the refund and as of today 11/3 the $90 is not in my account. I called to inquire and referenced my receipt that I was given showing on the sales receipt the response of declined and on the AR Transaction Receipt that there is still a credit with the store. I am soo frustrated with customer service at Georgia Furniture mart I can scream. Im tired if sending pictures only to be asked for more pictures. First you dropped the sofa its scratched the leather. I asked you to replace it but you wanted to send a technician. Now the issue is worse and I have to keep reaching out to you. I worked to hard for my money and paid too much for this to be happening. I want you to pick it up and GIVE MY MONEY BACKKKK. Im angry yes.

What is less than a zero? They do not deserve a 1 star. Delivery w/o all of the pieces and no screws to finish installing the bed slats. I have called them over 25 times with no luck or a remedy. My daughter has been w/o a bed for 5 days and not sure when it will be completed. I have been lied to so many times (I'll call you back, the truck is on its way, the manager will call you, etc.) and today I have been waiting at home for about 6 hours and still no delivery and installation completion. Stay away from these folks. I bought quite a bit of furniture from them 6 months ago and I bought the warranty and today noticed a seam coming apart. The warranty company said it isn't covered. What furniture comes apart at the seams at 6 months with very little use. I liked the company but now can't trust the quality anymore. It was like they knew. Who says we will cover everything but a seam. At 6 Months???

I ordered a Queen bedroom set for my newly purchased home, my home was immaculate with newly painted walls and new doors. 1. Upon ordering the staff charged an additional king size bed to my order. 2. The outside contracted delivery men were rushing and did not use professionalism or proper moving techniques or proper discretion, leaving several holes in my newly painted bedroom walls and damaged the edge of my bedroom door. 3. We purchased a bunk-bed in December of 2020 the bed was delivered curbside, we paid for assembly as well, but they dropped the ball and we had to inconveniently reschedule while our young son's had nothing to sleep in/on! In the process of hiring Professional Movers with our assistant the bunk-bed fell apart into pieces. The bunk-bed is so cheaply made I am so gladly happy that this didn't happen while our sons were sleeping in the bed!

One of the worst experiences ever! A part of the sofa that was delivered to my home was missing. I spoke with at least 3 sales associates and one manager. They have yet to tell me when I can expect the additional missing parts.
