I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes at the office for a routine eye exam with Frank Winski. After sitting for 40 minutes (total office time at the moment 1.5 hours) after being told I was next to see the doctor I asked the desk clerk if she had an idea how much longer I'd have to wait and if she knew the average time a patient typically should expect to wait. Frank L. Winski, O.D Took my son for a referral check up due to binocular vision and within minutes he said nothing is wrong with him take him to be tested for ADHD. Unqualified to make sweeping generalizations. Poor service, poor bedside manner, not great or patient with kids. I will be filing a formal complaint
