The worst unorganized establishment. They do not answer the phones. After a Dr’s visit I was prescribed medicine, and the refused to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call around to their other clinics just to get someone on the phone. After calling repeatedly and speaking to the office several times the prescription still was not sent. What a waste of the. If you’re thinking about going here DON’T!!
Yesterday I had an appointment with my endocrinologist and waited for over an hour, only to be informed that he had already left to fly back to Columbus. Given the circumstances with the upcoming ice and snow in Georgia, I completely understand the need for him to leave early due to weather concerns. That part is understandable.
