i’ve been seeing kasey smith for 7 years at this point, & the progress i’ve made with my OCD because of therapy cannot be overstated. the front desk staff are a highlight, always incredibly kind & accommodating. it’s a shame they don’t accept my insurance though. i’m willing to pay out of pocket bc i get such a high quality of care, but it’s a significant financial burden for me. besides that, i have nothing but praise for my experience. my life is better for it.

Ghosted midway during an email exchange while trying to hire a therapist with zero explanation, won’t return calls either. It’s fine to say you don’t think you’re a good fit, but ghosting prospective clients who you KNOW already have anxiety, given your line of work? Gross.
