The quality of the therapy itself is strong, but the practice consistently runs at least 20 minutes behind on appointments. I understand things happen but it’s disrespectful of patients’ time to make no effort to remedy this issue. I hope they can make this change to improve patient care.
i’ve been seeing kasey smith for 7 years at this point, & the progress i’ve made with my OCD because of therapy cannot be overstated. the front desk staff are a highlight, always incredibly kind & accommodating. it’s a shame they don’t accept my insurance though. i’m willing to pay out of pocket bc i get such a high quality of care, but it’s a significant financial burden for me. besides that, i have nothing but praise for my experience. my life is better for it.
Absolutely awful - my daughter has had 3 appointments there and each time the therapist was 30 minutes to an hour late. The 3rd time my daughter ended up canceling after waiting 45 minutes. She was subsequently assigned to another therapist who pushed her next appointment out 5 weeks. My issues here are 3-fold: 1.
