horrible, horrible organization. they’re IMMEDIATE to take your money of the application fee, background check, and fingerprints but expects people to wait a month and a half or more to approve their license! i moved to GA last month and have not been able to work at all! i understand being understaffed but this should not be the standard. people need to work in order to live. also, the contact number is horrendous. i was not able to reach anybody or receive a call back until the 3rd week. please, do better.
Left several voicemails and emails to no response whatsoever. No way to speak to staff if there is any
Pharmacy deserves better!! Multiple phone calls and emails with no response. I got an email saying they did not receive my forms which were mailed a month ago. Getting someone to respond should be easier. My guess is these folks need more help!
They never answer the phone or respond back to email I have a question NOBODY AINT RESPONDING BACK TO ME
i dont normally leave reviews but i dont see any corporate contact information available. so hopefully the company sees this , this facility charges you money right away for services but fails to deliver what you paid out your money for in a timely manner .. i reapplied for my pharmacy tech license almost a whole month ago , calling every other day and rarely receiving a response. today i called and a lady answered , she asked how could she help and i began explaining my issue. in the midst of explaining what was going on i ... read more
