The worst practice/office and the most incompetent staff. They will have you waiting for hours for an appointment. WHC really need to come down on this office for being so unprofessional.
Dr. Ronald Brown failed to timely diagnose my oral cancer and as result I had to undergo multiple invasive surgeries and radiation therapy, which left me with debilitating side effects, that make eating every meal in excruciating pain. Dr. Brown lacks basic knowledge in oral pathology and refused to biopsy red oral lesion lasting for 9 months. Dr. Brown refuses to take responsibility for his medical malpractice and settle the case.
Dr. Brown is extremely thorough and a master of his profession- I send all of my oral pathology patients to him. He’s the best of the best!
