My wife met Ricky at a bridal show and we went to check them out. We had an idea of what we were wanting and Ricky was very helpful and confident that they could custom make what we were looking for. The wedding rings came out absolutely wonderful!!! Not only was Ricky and his wife extremely nice and helpful, the price was very reasonable as well. Took my wedding set to have the band fixed as it had worn through on the bottom and developed a crack. I was greeted by the nicest lady and gentleman. Turns out they are the owners. I love this family run business. I picked up my ring a few days later and it looked beautiful....perfect!!! They also checked the stones, adjusted on prong on the main stone as it was bent and cleaned it. I will definitely be going back!
I took some jewelry up to sell, and the lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. They gave us a good price on what we had, but we're very honest and told me if I wasn't comfortable then think on it and come back. Not pushy at all, and much appreciated!
Ricky and Cyndee helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife. Absolutely will come again!
The customer service was fantastic, I got in and they helped me out immediately with my watch, I felt welcome even though I wasn't trying to get a ring or one of their collectables. The work they did was great and I felt like the job they did came reasonably.
I have been going to Georgetown Jewelry since we moved to Georgetwon a couple of years ago. I just happened to stumble upon their store. Greatest "Stumble Upon" ever. I have had watches repaired, Items appraised, purchased jewelry and even bought silver there! Never have I been let down. Ricky and his staff are always helpful, kind and willing to meet YOUR needs. They don't try to oversell you. They keep your needs upmost in mind. I simply can not say enough good about them. Try them! You will like them!
This pleasant jewelry shop is run by an entire family. The work is excellent, prices are fair, and the atmosphere very welcoming. I would recommend this shop to anyone who would like to sell, buy or repair jewelry. They will always have my business.
