Enough cant be said for the service and expertise that Georgetown Auto has been providing me and my family for years. They are quick, knowledgeable and to the point with your car. Had a dealer recall that I didn't even know about and it saved me $1000's in labor and parts. I highly recommend G-town Auto! Wouldn't trust anyone else with our cars, only Bobby and his team!
Couldn't go to their shop because my car was broke down and I called them see if they could give me an estimate over the phone before I took the car. They said they would, they took down my information and said they would get back to me the next day. They never got back to me, it's been a week and a half. I decided to do the work on my own. My review is just based on this experience, they might be good mechanics, just had a bad experience.
Really great shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my water pump replaced in a day. The work comes with a 1 year/12,000 mike warranty, meaning they stand by what they do. They text/email detailed quotes and receipts so there are no hidden charges. Would highly recommend coming here for excellent and honest car repairs.
My water pump broke as I was on the highway In Alexandria Va to return to Wingate NC. Came across a guy driving a towing truck who provided towing for me, but also recommended me to Bobby to get my fixed. I called Bobby, let me add that this is a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to him and he was a man of his word. He asked me to leave a note in my car explaining the situation and my number and he would have his guys work on my car first thing Monday morning.
