The apartment is very nice. The rent is very reasonable and I only had to pay the electrical bill which helped a lot. Parking was included which was great.

I have lived here for a year and I really like it. There is a community feel to this apartment building. My neighbors are friendly and my manager takes good care of me. I am so glad I found this place.

Its a very quiet place. Everyone one here really nice. The keeps asking if everything is ok. 100 times better then where i was living (Boulder Palms Apt).

My dad lives here. They continue to raise the rent on a senior citizen. $650 for a run down one bedroom apt? That's pitiful!

Great little complex with awesome tenants. The neighborhood is still a little rough around the edges, but it is getting better everyday..
