Rude and arrogant The owner is rude and arrogant. He laughed when he gave me his outrageous quote. He only cared about the money, he did not care about my opinion or questions. I am going to use them just to watch them screw up as the joy of suing them will be worth every dime. This guy needs to be brought down to earth and taught a lesson. What a jerk! I would go to H. Jack (God forbid!) before I would use these people again.
Owner Used these guys from a referral three times. Hired them to replace copper pipe on a boiler, replace a water heater and a faucet. Spent $1700 on the boiler pipes and 3 yrs later sprung a leak. They were speedy to get to the job but didn't offer any kind of discount on the job that obviously wasn't done correct the first time. The pipes are tunnelled and were just laid in bare on top of the old pipes. The water heater was done correctly but they left the old one figuring I wouldn't mind the extra junk. Dependable! I found George Winston Plumbing by default. The person I had previously had work on my furnace left me high and dry when my furnace quit one cold winter weekend. He recommended I call George Winston Plumbing. I did and would not dream of calling anyone else for any plumbing or hvac need. I deal mostly with Dick Winston there but everyone I have dealt with has been great. They have serviced my furnace, air condiditoner and replaced old pipes for me in my home. I highly recommend them.
