Had a appointment here and this was the most worse appointment that I ever had the Dr was racist and said racial discriminating slurs to me while in the appointment he downplayed my symptoms without reading my chart he came into the room and didn’t wash his hands or put gloves on and started touching on me making me fill uncomfortable he refused to give me a xray and continued to down play all my symptoms argued back and forth with me about I never was seen there until he finally read the chart at that point I walked out of ... read more
Bad news. Waiting time excessive. Taken on time. Then sat for almost an hour waiting for x ray. No technician. X ray rooms dark…no one staffing….waiting room for x rays full. Then had to wait another half hour for provider. Very poorly run department!
Horrible service in every aspect. From the front desk to the surgeon I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism on every level
Broke my ankle. My PCP at GW is phenomenal and they referred me here. Ok, fine. The break was 2 weeks ago. GW Ortho only had time to see me yesterday. Ok, fine, it’s not a “bad” break. Appt was at 3:45. 1. Received a call 11:15 AM. “We have some cancellations, can you come earlier?” No, I have too many work meetings, I’m sorry. 2.
