The radiologist Vakencherry caused all kinds of bleeding internally for what was supposed to be simple, our grandfather died then this doctor made all kinds of excuses even though the other doctors at Kaiser said it was a vessel getting torn by radiology: would avoid this radiologist and go to another competent one, don’t gamble with your loved ones lives.
Absolutely fantastic, truly my family will not let anybody other than him touch me. Of course you’re gonna have to wait a little bit to see a wonderful physician. I’d be leery of somebody with no wait time, he’s in surgery SMH.
Dr Vatakencherry is very professional and knowledgeable in the IR field. I initially met him prior to scheduling my medical procedure called Uterine Artery Embolization. This was to treat a 7cm uterine fibroid (Myoma) He was polite and answered all my questions. The day of UAE came by July 19th 2023. All Kaiser staff treated me and prepped me very well prior to going into the OP room. I was very relaxed and confident with Dr Vatakencherry and nurses. Dr. Vatikancherry is a very skilled International Radiologist who went above and beyond to help my husband through a complicated case. He performed a cryoablation procedure on a Bozniak category 3 tumor with some. Ugly looking edges and that tumor is now dead. He also repaired a 4cm renal artery aneurysm with a spiral stint. I can't speak highly enough of his skills and passion. We were fortunate to be in his care and any patient at Kaiser Permanente would be blessed by his skilled hands.
