Had my doubts at first, but Dr Noor ended up doing a great job. Even better good to see a doctor who's punctual. Looks like I've found a new doctor
We all know that bulk billing is a business decision shaped by the costs associated with operating a surgery. However, some people view the refusal to bulk bill as unfair, especially if they cant afford care or feel access is limited. Whilst we acknowledge the practice related costs, many of us on concession cards or low income earners feel excluded. Offering 'some' bulk billing would be extremely helpful and seen as compassionate and caring.

May I express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to your esteemed practice. On a Saturday, at 10:30 AM, I telephoned your office on the possibility of securing an appointment. To my astonishment, I was informed that an appointment was available at 12:00 PM. Dr Noor has been a wonderful & caring doctor to me!! When I was very ill, he went above & beyond to help with my illness & recovery!! He is a very knowledgeable Dr & I feel completely happy with my consultations & outcomes!! The surgery runs very smooth & the waiting time is very minimal!!
