Dr. Smith is a plastic surgeon first and foremost - for some reason he also advertises himself as a hand specialist. I went to him seeking help for tendinitis/carpal tunnel with worker's comp (I type all day and had been approved by my employer). The staff was very disorganized - for one visit they did not even have my file in the office. Dr. Smith was brash and even bordering on rude.
