The doctor is always in a rush, spends about 2 minutes per patient. His Brooklyn office waiting room is so packed that people have to stand. One of the treatment room doesn't have proper lighting nor a sink to wash hands or even AC, the floor has holes with dust in them (i guess this isn't even legal so the Brooklyn location isn't listed anywhere). This doctor doesn't wash his hands, that resulted in a staph infection for me. The office books appointment at 3pm but the doctor doesn't actually show up until 4pm... I didn't ge... read more
He did a great job and was really quick. It was on his outside lip and healed beutifully.
Simply awful experience with this doctor. Our son got a cut on his forehead and we took him to the emergency room and Dr. Smith did the stitches. He was gruff and impatient, and immediately ran off after finishing, leaving us with a screaming child and no idea what to do next (thank you hospital staff for getting us home!) Fine, he's a crappy doctor, but then we get a bill for $5,000 in the mail and our insurance company informs us that he's out of network. They pay at least part of the bill but we're still left with a $4,00... read more
Dr.Smith is very professional and knowledgable.I recently had surgery and love the results. He took his time and explained everything.I was extremely satisfied with his expertise .All my visits were a positive experience.I also have brought my children to him for various procedures and the results were fantastic. He is definitely a Dr. I would go back to and bring my children. I would and have recommended him to others who are also satisfied.Looking forward to go back for other procedures.Highly recommend Dr. smith.
Average surgeon, so avoid him for complicated surgeries unless you have nowehere else to go. The office is very badly managed, to say the least. I ended up waiting for my scheduled appointment along with another patient.
he's terrible, dont see him. told the receptionist my situation, waited hours for a call back. When they finally called back, they said the doctor wont see me, or even have a look at my hand.
Before reading this board, I thought I was the only person with a bad experience. I saw the doctor for about 2 minutes before he left the building and I was left with 2 young staffmembers who didnt seem to know what was going on. I've never felt such mistreated. I went in because I had an injury and not looking for a procedure to improve my appearance. I guess for procedures where your insurance pays anyway they care less. With a quick look around the office breaks many HIPPA compliance rules also.
