Extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
From my first contact with Dr. Rosenwasser’s scheduler to the present, I have experienced incredibly consistent, courteous, FLEXIBLE, personable and professional care. My cataraeect eremoval and cornea transplant were nearly pain free and I had excellent vision back four days after the operation. Dr. Rosenwasser and his staff distinguish their profession with amazing sensitivity and respect for individual needs.
I was referred to Dr. R to have a cataract removed. When I got a call from Dr. R's scheduler, she rudely said she had attempted to call me that morning and I didn't answer. I apologized and said my husband had been making many calls. She reamed me out something fierce. I decided I would find another surgeon. I mentioned my experience to a friend. She also had been referred to Dr. R, went to an apt. and said he treated her more rudely than any doctor she has ever seen. She walked out!
Very caring,thorough,explained everything well, and follow up was great. Still doing great and it has been over 10 years.
