We had the best experience with Sapphira at the George Morlan on Foster! We walked in with a vague idea of what we wanted and she walked us through potential options - helping us weight pros and cons. In addition she made sure we had the items we might need for our install to keep us from needing to come back again.
I hired George Morlan in Portland to install a new water heater. The installation initially seemed fine, but within hours I smelled gas. At first I thought it was residue, but when the smell persisted for hours I called their “24/7 emergency support line.” Despite multiple attempts, no one ever answered my calls — not that night and not the next morning. Drove half an hour had the part with us for a gas water heater the attendant at the counter didn't really look at it. Dissatisfied with the lack service. Thanks anyway
