Extremely long wait times on more than one occasion. 1.5 hours. No apology or acknowledgement. Dr was very rushed, short, wasn't willing to listen. Taking too many patients.
I had severe pain in both of my shoulders, and use to wake up in the middle of the night with severe pain. After x-rays, cortisone shots and a MRI, Dr Markovich recommended a complete shoulder replacement. I had my left shoulder done in May and the right in September. I am pain free after the surgeries.. I'm in physical therapy now and basically have full range of motion. DR. Markovich and staff are professional, friendly, courteous, and patient. They take their time and answer all questions.
From the day I stepped into the office of Dr Markovich, I knew I would get the help I needed. They are understanding, compassionate, professional. Had double knee surgery in May 2016 & July 2016. I am coming up on a year for the one knee & have been virtually free of joint pain since. I lived with pain for over 10 year because my previous ortho doctor would not do surgery..You're too young...lose weight...blah blah.....I had no quality of life until I went to Dr. Markovich & Pat.
I made an appt. with Dr. Markovich as recommended by my family physician. Upon entering their offices, I was handed a digital tablet & asked to complete the information. Immediately I observed their facilities, distressed at seeing a huge room of people waiting, personally filling out page after page of digital questions with numerous signatures required, having some questions to ask & no counter person most of the time, when someone finally showed up at the counter again, I left.
Dr. Markovich fixed my rotator cuff. he did a great job and I was able to play golf in 4 weeks. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident with his ability. His staff was very helpful.
Failed to diagnose torn PCL and displaced knee cap. Suffered for 6 months because Dr said knee was fine. I was provided with a CD containing X rays of my knees clearly showing displaced knee cap. Also on the CD were X rays from a different patient with the persons name and identification.
