We are usually happy with the food and service. Tonight was a huge disappointment. We ordered and paid online and was sent a text message confirming the order and saying it could be picked up at the drive-thru, curb side, or inside. When I went through the drive though, I was told 3 times that I had not ordered and paid for the food. I've always loved this place.... still do but it was not up to par last visit. Food is always great but the dining room was not clean. Tables were cleaned as guests left but floors were covered with food and trash.
get the big louie special! also the baklava cheesecake.
The food is Always delicious! the staff are really nice & are attentive. The prices are good as well
