I can't remember the lady's name that checked in the driver's for the patients that were having a procedure done. She was so patient and kind to an elderly gentleman that was so very harsh with her. I just really wanted to acknowledge the way she handled the elderly couple with respect. Because he came in the door being rude to her. She definitely made my heart smile on 09/05/2024. Thank you for great customer service 🥰
