I had surgery with this doctor at the VA to remove implants. He found there was a hematoma in the left breast which he took out and left me with grossly disfigured breast with constant pain which keeps me up at night. Attempts to have him correct the problem resulted in an excuse that the VA won't correct the problem and that he doesn't know what causes the pain. He didn't offer a solution in or out of the VA. Dr. Rudkin is a wonderful and gifted plastic surgeon. He has done an amazing job with my scar revisions. His first and foremost concern is his patience. I would recommend his services with complete confidence in his abilities.
