I have worked with Ted for 23 years. He is currently managing one of my properties. He has been in the Property Management game for 40 plus years and knows the city very well from river to river. Apartments Infested with Mice – The apartments on 23st between Green and Brandywine should be perfect. They are in a great neighborhood, they have parking, and they are reasonably priced. But...and it's a huge but, they are infested with mice. I see at least 1 or 2 a day. They leave many "presents" for me every morning. It's completely disgusting and I should probably report it to L and I, but I'm too lazy. So I'm writing this review instead so that people don't make the same mistake I do.

Best Landlord in Philly – I have lived in Philly for the past 5 years with just about as many landlords but George Gay tops them all. The staff, particularly Angela, are so helpful and very very responsive. Just the other day we had a security issue, my roommate called and told them we were nervous being in the house and within a few hours they were at our door to correct the locks and window bars.
