You don't have a business as long as he have and not be doing something right.
Take some negative reviews with a grain of salt. When I first contacted Mr. Franks on the phone to find out if he repaired my trimmer, I found him to be very courteous, and said he does repair my make and model. He would need about 2 days to get back to me. I left the machine to him on Monday, and Tuesday morning he called to say that he had repaired it! Any type of small engine repair, 2 stroke or riding lawnmower and lawn accessories' work, he's your man! I've been here multiple times in the last few years and he is always courteous and kind even though he looks swamped w repairs. Always timely and affordable. Highly recommend.
