AVOID AT ALL COST The worst experience with a service company we have ever had. It is impossible to get any information from their office during your purchase. After we spent $1500 on inspections, and found lots of major problems with the property we were buying we were told by the seller that the property was being sold as is. This should have been communicated by the Chung office before we even submitted our offer. We ended up cancellling our escrow because of this and how impossible they are to work with. George Chung Realtors do a great job George and his staff helped us buy our house. The owner wouldn't negotiate with previous buyers and our other agent told us not to bother. We contacted George and asked his advice. He helped us with the negotiations and lead us through the buying process. The home inspector he recommended was great too.
