    Robert Jantz came out after hours to fix our screaming fire alarm. He was very knowledgeable and professional, also very friendly and personable. Would absolutely recommend him to everyone!!

    I've used George Brazil a couple of times before and was super happy with the service and price. Alex shows up to my house to replace a kitchen faucet and 3 faucets throughout the house. Alex presented me a quote for $3000. $1000 for parts and $2000 for labor. I then asked how long it would take and he said roughly an hour for each faucet. I broke down the math for him. They wanted to charge me $500 an hour for labor. I told him you are insane to even bring this to me. He then proceeded to talk to his manager who then lowered it to $1400 which is $350 an hour. First of all why was i not given the $1400 option from the beginning, and second why is the labor still $350 an hour. A reasonable rate i was willing to pay was $140 - 200 an hour but was never offered that. Thank you George Brazil you lost a valuable customer and will tell everyone else about my experience. Oh, i was waived my initial service feel because they didn't want to send me the quote because i was told him i was going to post it.

    DJ, The technician that came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of information regarding water systems. because he couldn’t do the work on my water softener, he waived the travel fee.

    The technician troubleshooting my water heater was very knowledgeable and courteous.A dispatcher communicated with me throughout the day to let me know where my project was on the days work list. It was an all-day wait, but I did get same-day service. reliable, knowledgeable, courteous.
