Get directionsMarch 2024 - very scammy operation with unmarked trucks and no confirmation emails per appointments. Guy showed up with a weird smile and tried to get me to agree to a $20k replacement for a 3-ton without even looking at my old system. Any request for the quotes in writing is denied. Never do business without emails, word to the wise.
Apparently Parker and Sons stockpiles parts so people don't have to wait for parts orders while they live without air conditioning in the summer. It's been six days and still they have no idea when my new compressor will arrive. The one that died was only 4 years old!
