Genuine provided home care for my son from around 11 months old until he was 3, and we had a great experience with their team. They truly care about their clients and their families. Finding someone you trust with your child or loved one is never easy, and if there was ever a time we felt a change needed to be made, they listened and worked with us to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in his care. We’re very grateful for the support they provided our family and would absolutely recommend Genuine to others.
I had a total knee replacement and for the first two weeks that the caregivers were at my home sometimes even overnight the care was excellent. They are very friendly and thoughtful and know what they are doing. The driver’s for my appointments were also polite and helpful. The office coordinating staff was also very involved with my post surgical care to make sure everything was being done that I wanted. I would highly recommend this group.
