I haven’t started services yet with my son but just off your reviews alone, I’m giving it 5 stars! I am eager and excited for my son to start going to gentle care and he is currently attending a public school with a special needs program and has not made any progress. It feels my heart with joy as tears fill my eyes with all the AMAZING stories and out comes of these precious little blessings!! This company has been a complete waste of time. If you are looking for ABA services you understand how difficult it is to find a company that will accept your insurance and once you do, the process takes forever to get it approved. My son was approved and we were given 4 different start dates and EVERY single time the “tech” that was supposed to come to the house and do the ABA therapy, they canceled THE DAY OF!
