Hi all, I am more than happy to get my first ever laser hair removal experience with Gentle touch, its only been the first session so far and I can see huge changes. You guys are the best. If anyone is a first timer for LHR, I would definitely recommend Gentle touch, the Girls are super nice and patient with clients. Best laser place in Halifax.

I had an express mani with Shellac today. The female doing my service was dismissive when I spoke and I am generally quiet, she barely acknowledged me when I spoke, I usually just enjoy my peace time and I am quiet during these services. I also work with the public in health care, and I believe that even if you are having a rough day.. being dismissive and pretty much next to no communication with the person that you are treating isn't very comfortable , I felt awkward. Gabi is truly the sweetest and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had two sessions with her, and she always makes the less-pleasant treatments comfortable. She takes the time to answer all my questions and often shares something new she’s learned in the skincare field, which is amazing. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Kate at the front desk is also amazing, always very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in.
Marcy always does a very thorough and professional job on my micro facials & the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
