I went to Gentle Touch in Dartmouth Crossing for the first time on Aug 4/26 not knowing what to expect. It was a relaxing atmosphere from the minute I walked into the place. I had a manicure done by a sweet girl named Autumn. She made me feel so relaxed. The place was so clean and bright. I will definately be back. I can't stop talking about the service I received from Autumn
I had a great experience with Ale, the Manager of Client Relations. After I had a treatment that I wasn't happy with, she reached out quickly to address my concerns and make things right. She was incredibly understanding, professional, and reasonable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how seriously she took my feedback and the effort she made to ensure I had a positive experience. Excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful for her help!
