I had five years worth of carpet traffic (or might I say dirt) and my carpet looks amazing. I am very pleased with the service I received from Mike and will definitely be using them again!

I had hoped to use Gentle Touch Carpet Cleaning, but due to an issue on my behalf, we were unable to reschedule an appointment. I just want to say that Mike has been wonderful to work with over the phone, and I hope that I am able to use these guys in the future. Top notch respect, which is something you don't get often these days in the service industry.
This is the only company I will use to clean my carpets. They are very professional and they do an excellent job. The prices are VERY reasonable. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
