HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My lab was playing in the backyard and cut his heel on his paw...bleeding pretty bad. Gentle Touch website claims "Where We Treat Your Pets Like Our Own" + "During business hours, please call us immediately at Gentle Touch Animal Hospital for any pet emergencies so that we may recommend the best course of action for your pet".
