I started going there back in 2015. Absolutely love them! Very nice and thorough.
I tried Gentle Nails for the first time, and overall I think it was a negative experience. I have never left a negative review about any nail shop before, but there were just too many negatives for me not to voice my opinion about the experience I had. I went in for a mani-pedi. I had a picture of a design for each one beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted: a gel pedicure and short Gel-X nails, coffin shaped, for the manicure. They did not have liners in their foot spa. I stopped in to get a nail fixed and they had absolutely no customers except the one in the chair but the older lady said they were full. Smh
