I tried Gentle Nails for the first time, and overall I think it was a negative experience. I have never left a negative review about any nail shop before, but there were just too many negatives for me not to voice my opinion about the experience I had. I went in for a mani-pedi. I stopped in to get a nail fixed and they had absolutely no customers except the one in the chair but the older lady said they were full. Smh
I’m very satisfied with the pedicure I received from Monica today. However, a different color was accidentally used for my manicure. I didn’t realize it until after I left the salon. I went back in, Sonny removed the top layer of the dip polish & applied the correct matching color to my pedicure. He was upset the mistake had been made & seemed in a rush to fix the problem.
