Great Office!!! Everyone is so kind and caring. My hygienist I was with educated me and was very informative of the recommended treatment I needed. They worked with me with all my payment arrangements and went over all my insurance. Nobody has every went over co-pays with me at a dental office. I felt very comfortable and this will be my dentist for years and years to come. Thank you for also allowing to get over my fear of dentists!!!
I have 3 children who all WERE patients of gentle family dentistry. Every interaction was a negative one. From the impersonal front desk personnel to the technicians. My last interaction involved my daughter crying because they wouldn't allow me in the room with her. I then received a bill days later for services that were never rendered.
