I chose this dentist based on reviews two years ago. And the office has lived up to the reviews in every respect. I am very afraid of dentists, and only had two good ones in my dental life - the other one being in Germany and now Dr. Glenn here in Irving, TX. The sedation option is absolutely worth it. 2 crowns, 1 saved cracked tooth, couple fillings and 3 wisdom teeth surgically removed later, I am happy to have found this practice. I really enjoyed my experience with everyone I met at Gentle Dentistry. Everyone was kind and seemed to really love what they do for a living. I was extremely comfortable. It was super clean and I would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful and friendly front desk, as well as the clinical staff. Hygienist is so warming, and and the doctor is great at explaining everything and making you feel as relaxed as possible. They make your visit be a great one, and look forward to the next one.
Dental hygienist, Cristy, is very gentle and takes great care in cleaning my teeth. I enjoy the time I spend with her.
The care of I have received over the years from Dr. Glenn, Maggie and all staff is second to none. Over this time I have moved from Dallas to Atlanta and Houston. During my time of residence out of the DFW area I always maintained my patient relationship Dr. Glenn and staff. My first encounter with Dr. Glenn was the result of injuries (dental) I sustained from domestic violence. Dr. Glenn restored my smile and self confidence. I had been putting off going to the dentist for a couple of years, but I left Gentle Dentistry wondering what took me so long! The staff was professional, explained everything clearly to me, answered all my questions and followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was doing.
