I had an appointment on 10-7-2015 with Dr. Sieber concerning some occasional pain in a tooth. The nurse got me in right on time and took x-rays. The Dr. came in immediately and diagnosed my situation. I was gone quickly. It was a perfect experience to take care of my problem.
First let me say, I am FEARFUL of dentists and hate going. However, the staff at Gentle Dentistry are WONDERFUL and they do great work. I've been going here for a 1 1/2 years and every experience has been positive. Dr. Janet Glenn is superb and my dental hygienist Cindy is the best. So glad I found them.
This office by far is the best! It is full of the most wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and full of smiles, and so helpful. You have an appointment you are seen at the appointment time, I HIGHLY recommend Gentle Dentistry of Las Colinas.

Everything that I have ever had to have done from having my teeth cleaned and a deep cleaning or to having a cavaty filled or having to have a crown made. The staff up their are so professional and friendly it is so nice to good to a dentist office and know what kind of service you will be getting. And my Dentist Dr. Janet Glenn is so great she will do anything to save a tooth but she will tell you of if their is to much Decay to save your tooth also. Everyone up their dose a great professional job.
Gentle Dentistry made check-in and check-out process super easy and quick. Great patient service. Bianca did an awesome job.

When I thought I had cracked my tooth on a piece of bone that was in something I had eaten the night before, I called up Gentle Dentistry and had an appointment to see them that day. It turned out that my tooth was just bruised, and while I was happy about that, I was a bit embarrassed and apologized for wasting their time. The dentist and the dental technician both assured me that it was good that I came in and that they were also happy that nothing further had to be done.
