I love Gentle Dentistry, and especially Dr. Kinney! Additionally, on my last visit, I also worked with Trayl and he was the so wonderful! I fully appreciate that they genuinely care about me and my life, and also are understanding of a budget. I recommend anyone looking for a dental office that is friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable to check this place out. A special shout out to Dr. Kinney and Trayl for making my last visit my favorite one:)
New patient with the clinic, transferred my family as well. My first interaction was scheduling with the office manager who was very knowledgeable , personable and accommodating, a rarity in this day and age! The dental hygienist talked me through all that was being done while constantly ensuring my comfort. #3. As leaving, they asked for payment before insurance had even been processed. I had not brought my checkbook because I didn't realize they would want my portion right away. #5. Ladies at desk never acknowledged that I was there.
I have had an excellent dental experience, from first walking in and being greeted by the front desk person, having a very thorough cleaning and analysis of current teeth status, and the corresponding feedback after the dentist check-up. I am very satisfied, and, would not hesitate to refer others to this office.
The dentist and dental assistant was very nice and understanding and accommodating.
