Overall a nice place. Not sure if mine in a good place with my dental health. I wish I could have been given a better understandin about the aftermath of my dental work.

I have been going to Gentle Dentistry for three years now. Dr. Simms is great and so is the whole staff. I am always greeted with a smile. Oh, I never feel my Novocaine shot.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Amy did a wonderful (pain-free) job cleaning my teeth & Dr. Sim did his exam and discussed what our "plan" would be going forward. I am very pleased.

The two women in reception were gossiping about a coworker while I was checking in and completing the new patient forms. One receptionist informed me she realized they never received my doctors referral allowing me to have my teeth cleaned but we went ahead and had my teeth cleaned. Our hygienist was okay. My child became impatient after waiting 30-45 min for me to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist then offered a fish for my child to play with which was nice.
