First time visiting and was very impressed. Genuinely happy to have found a great dentist office. The whole office staff is amazing.
I am a long time patient of Dr. Cressman. He and his staff have always been kind, accommodating, and gentle! The hygienist I see for cleanings is named Debbie and she handles my cleanings all the time. She is thoughtful, gentle, and understanding about my anxious moments in the chair. Courtney is the front office manager I believe and her customer service is not only caring but very thorough when it comes to updating my insurance info along with appointment scheduling. My 12 year old son loves going to the dentist. Everyone treats him well and the environment is inviting with everyone smiling and happy to see him. I cannot thank you all enough for the welcoming atmosphere.
My mom loved this place! She was so unhappy with her previous dentist so I recommended this one for her and she is satisfied with the customer service as well as dental care.
