I'm not sure if this can be addressed, but the fact that there is only one bathroom available to clients is a bit of a problem. The bathroom was occupied for over ten minutes (by one person) while I was there... Uncomfortable! :-)

Friendly I never have to wait more than 10 min in the waiting room. I am alway in and out of the office in an hour.
