feedback Sarah my hygienist was excellant- was I didn't recall the answer to something she found it by checking my file or contact my other dentists also in coordinating my visits/cleanings w/ my periodontist. Area for improvement= send one not two reminders of appointments. Thanks, Todd Also, I think Jim Kelley is the best!

My son received a customized mouth guard at no charge to me. I thought that was a great benefit that you offered. The mouth guard fit better than any we have used in the past. Thank you.
