I met Amy, my dental assistant, for the first... I met Amy, my dental assistant, for the first time at my visit. She did not introduce herself to me, so I had to ask her name and how long she had been w/the practice, etc. It would be very helpful if all of the staff would break the ice and introduce themselves upon first meeting a patient they hadn't seen before. Just saying....
