Everyone was very friendly, and several even ... Everyone was very friendly, and several even inquired as to how the family was doing. I can't think of anything that would improve the office setting and or procedure experience. The only suggestion that I can offer, is I would like to have the ability to see my account information online; i.e.scheduled appointments, detailed billing , insurance payments, seach / sort for each family member.

Your whole staff is very courteous and profes... Your whole staff is very courteous and professional... From being greeted in the waiting area when I come in right through the whole appointment has always been a good experience for us...
My hygienist and the dentist were very friend... My hygienist and the dentist were very friendly and professional, as was the receptionist who greeted me. The receptionist on the way out was a bit chilly. I reported that email communication from the office has been odd (too many emails before one visit, then this visit I received a reminder only two hours before the visit). She didn't really acknowledge that this has been a bit annoying. Instead she just said Well
