My husband took my 92 yr old mom there today for a tooth extraction. Her appointment was at 11am, 1pm and she still hadn't been seen. Once they finally were called back they redid x rays which she had just gotten done a month ago. And tried to get them to agree to do more to her than previously discussed and agreed on. I spent an hour and a half in the waiting room just to be called in and seen for no more than 10 minutes, x-rays were taken in a rushed way and I was told the hygienist did not have time to do my cleaning today, I left feeling very disappointed.
