Wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone. I showed up the day of my wisdom teeth extraction and was told I needed to pay almost $3,000 out of pocket. After going back and forth with one of the staff members, the bill suddenly dropped to $1,300. That didn’t sit right with me, so I got a second opinion from another dentist, and they quoted me only $160 for all 4 wisdom teeth! Be careful and always get a second opinion. They’ll charge you whatever they think they can get away with if you let them.
The visit was great. But the answering service who made my appt was frustrating. According to them I wasn’t an existing patient. I’ve been going there at least 3 times a year for four years. But when I arrived the staff recognized me and were very helpful.
Dr. Peterson and his team are the best. When a doctor calls you at home after your visit to ensure you’re okay it means everything to me! He’s not satisfied until I’m satisfied! Thanks Gentle Dental for a wonderful dental experience.
Dr. Peterson is great. He doesn’t limit his time with me and he’s not satisfied unless I’m satisfied. He called me at home after my visit to ensure I was okay and showed his concern for my comfort! I've been going there for over twenty years and would recommend them to anybody needing dental care..Dr Peterson is awesome but my favorite is Paige his assistant.. But I don't wanna forget my girl Melissa at the front desk Kudos everyone !!
