Other than the long wait when we first got there, my daughter had a calm, pleasant experience with Dr. Bradford and his assistant. They're like peanut butter and jelly! She (very well versed in her craft) informed my daughter exactly what to expect. Doc came over. She informed him what my daughter was there for. Doc put gloves on. Grabbed his tools. Got my baby together and on her way in about 14 minutes tops. He stood up. Gloves off and reassured her she'll "heal just nicely", and he walked away like he dropped the mic lol.... read more
I got my first set of Dentures done 16 years ago & they did a great job!!! I am super excited about going back to get my 2nd set done finally!! Love Gentle Dental!!! 5 star for me......... For now..........
The rudeness of the front staff. Showed up 10 minutes before appointment and they are over 20 minutes behind getting my son in when we were here before the two people that had appointments after us. Will not be coming back.
