This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I will not refer friends and will not be back! I was not comfortable, did not get a good vibe, and if I wasn't in so much pain then I would have walked out.

My only problem was the length of time I was there. I specifically asked for an estimate of how long it would take for a first-time appointment. I filled out the paperwork online beforehand. Still, instead of the 90 minutes I was told (which I know is a guess) it took nearly two and a half hours. I was really frustrated that the guess was so far off.

Dr. Wood & his staff are very professional & friendly. They do a great job at explaining treatment & working with their patients in every area of the office.

I called the next day, Friday 30 May, to speak with Tessa about a quote I had been given for a crown & filling. Was unable to speak with anyone, left a message but got no call back. Frustrating...

I feel like the staff at Gentle Dental knows/remembers me and it makes it much easier to make it through the appointment with a sense of care.
